John Shillingberg at the console of the Tolton Organ

It’s now eleven years since we installed our current “Tolton” organ. Our talented Music Director, John Shillingberg, has certainly demonstrated the wide range of music that can be produced on such an organ during this time.

Now John is busy preparing for an organ recital at 7 p.m. on Sunday, November 9, 2014. Incorporating selections by Cesar Franck, Johann Sebastian Bach, Leon Boellmann and, accompanied by the Streetsville United Monastery Singers, a unique piece arranged by Nicholas DeGrigny, John will be demonstrating the power and versatility of both the recently installed French organ and the recently modified Baroque (German) organ.

We look forward to your joining us Sunday evening, November 9 at 7 p.m. for this unique musical event in our church’s history. A reception will be held at the completion.

Price: Adults: $20; Older Adults: $15; Family $50.
