Covenanting Service – A covenant is a relationship between two partners who make binding promises to each other and work together to reach a common goal. They’re often accompanied by oaths, signs, and ceremonies. Covenants define obligations and commitments, but they are different from a contract because they are relational and personal.
The covenanting service for Rev Joe Hopkins will be held at Streetsville United Church on Sunday, November 20th at 2:00 pm. In addition to Regional Council, our neighbouring United Churches, Don Gibson and other supply ministers who have preached here over the last several months have all been invited. Light refreshments will be provided afterwards.
